Get Your Dancing Boots Ready for Line Dancing at Whittington Park!

Why Line Dancing?

Line dancing is not just a fun activity; it's a great way to socialize, keep active, and learn some cool dance moves! It's a dance form that doesn't require a partner, so don't worry if you're coming solo. The steps are easy to follow, which means everyone, from beginners to advanced dancers, can join in the fun!

Who's Leading the Class?

We're thrilled to introduce Anna Scott as our line dancing instructor. Anna's background in dance is incredibly diverse, ranging from child opera acting to jazz, Americana, and tap dance performances in musical theatre. She brings years of experience and a love for teaching, ensuring you'll be in expert hands.

When and Where?

The line dancing classes will be held every Tuesday from September 19th through December 14th. The class runs from 12 noon to 1 pm and is hosted in Upper Hocking Hall.

Cost

Best of all, the class is FREE! This is made possible through a partnership between Whittington Park Community Association and Islington Council.
