Service Description

Inspired by freestyle movement, partner dance, 5Rhythms, Contact Improvisation and Ecstatic Dance, Moving Connections offers a space to relax into your body, explore movement and connect with yourself and others. Sessions begin with a gentle warm-up followed by simple guided movement exercises, working individually, in pairs and in small groups. You'll then have time to explore movement freely, including a free-flow movement session with live violin. No previous dance or movement experience is needed. Everyone is welcome – just come with an open mind, comfortable clothes and a willingness to explore.
