WPCA is hiring a part-time Operations and Engagement Officer in Islington, London. Join our small community-focused team supporting local programmes, volunteers, events and centre operations.

Health Week at Whittington Park Community Centre runs from Monday 1st to Friday 5th June, with free blood pressure checks, wellbeing sessions, fitness classes, NHS app support and community activities throughout the week.

The Mix is a new youth club in Islington for LGBTQ+ young people and allies aged 12 to 19. Sessions offer a safe, inclusive space to get creative, meet others and build community.

WPCA is looking for a delivery volunteer in Islington to help deliver lunches to the 55 and over Social Club members who cannot get to the centre. The role takes less than an hour and runs on Tuesdays or Wednesdays from 12:45pm.

The Big Day Out is a free family event in Islington taking place at Whittington Park on Saturday 4th July 2026, with arts and crafts, live music, food stalls, a dog show, Arsenal football and more.
