Islington Community Art Festival: Our Stories

Discover a free art festival in Islington celebrating local artists and the diverse stories, cultures and experiences of our community.
Islington Community Art Festival | Our Stories is organised by Healthy Generations in partnership with Whittington Park Community Association, with funding from The Arts Society.
The festival opens on Saturday 10th October 2026, with a full day of art, creative workshops, speakers, poetry, food and refreshments at WPCC.
The exhibition showcases artists who live in Islington and work across painting, printmaking, collage, photography and other art forms. From emerging artists exhibiting for the first time to established creatives, the festival celebrates work that reflects the rich diversity of Islington and its different cultures, backgrounds, identities, perspectives and lived experiences.
The aim is to bring people together through art that inspires, sparks conversation and celebrates the people who make Islington such a vibrant place to live.
