Feedback
"My 16 month old daughter attends Sam’s playgroup on a weekly basis. She absolutely loves coming here and has progressed so much. The learning environment Sam sets out is extremely welcoming and engaging. She is very creative in the activities in which she sets out ensuring the children learn through their play. Sam will always communicate with all parents, having the children’s interests at heart. I am so grateful to have found this playground and look forward to attending each week, as well as my daughter."
"Whittington stay and play has been such a great source of support for me as a childminder. It’s been a place to connect with other childminders, share ideas, and keep up to date with any changes or new legislation.
The outdoor area is fantastic, Sam always puts on brilliant activities - especially messy play, which gives the children experiences I might be reluctant to do at home. The kids love it, and they get to socialise with other children outside of our usual group, which is so valuable.
I love how Sam includes celebrations from all around the world, helping the children learn about different cultures and traditions. I often steal ideas of things I can do at home. It’s also one of the only stay-and-plays in the area that really works for older children too - the activities and resources actually keep them engaged rather than feeling too babyish. Many of the other groups that are supposed to be for 0-5’s really only cater to children up to 3 at a push.
It’s a lovely, supportive environment where you can even pass on work if you’re full or pick up extra if you have spaces. Overall, it’s a place that benefits both the children and us childminders in so many ways."
"The enrichment the baby has received through interaction with other children his age, has been priceless. It’s a healthy and safe escape for both parents and bubbas alike. I’ve met some amazing women who have helped me cope on hard days and helped me feel more normal for having a bad day.

The baby has grown in confidence, strength and his ability to socialise with other kids has improved.

This Stay and Play is like no other. Sam makes mean effort to get to know everybody and the babies. She makes you feel at home, comfortable and safe. I honestly look forward to every Wednesday and Thursday. "
