Octopus Community Network is recruiting a full-time Community Ranger (Nature) to lead an exciting new Tree Trails and Pollinator Pathways project across Islington.


This role will work closely with local community centres, organisations and residents, including us at WPCA, to help people reconnect with nature, biodiversity and urban growing.


The successful candidate will lead practical outdoor activities, develop tree trails, create pathways for pollinators, and engage local communities through hands-on learning and volunteering opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about nature, enjoys working with people, and wants to make a positive environmental and social impact in their local area.

Role: Community Ranger (Nature)

Salary: £32,671 per year (full-time, 37.5 hours per week) plus 5% pension contribution

Location: Islington
