Connections: 5Rhythms London with Angela Griffiths

Explore movement, connection and intuition at Connections, a 5Rhythms London workshop with experienced teacher Angela Griffiths at Whittington Park Community Centre.

Moving through the map of the 5Rhythms, the workshop offers space to connect with your body, with others, with nature and with your own intuition. Through conscious movement, you’ll explore how listening to the body can help bring greater trust and awareness to the choices you make.

Angela has over 30 years of experience in embodied movement practice. She trained with Gabrielle Roth and became an accredited 5Rhythms teacher in 1994. Angela is also an Open Floor teacher and Senior Registered Dance Movement Psychotherapist.
