We’re excited to introduce Capoeira After School Club led by Senzala London, offering children a fun, energetic and creative way to stay active after school.
Capoeira is an Afro Brazilian art form that blends dance, acrobatics, martial arts and music. Through playful, structured sessions, children build strength, stamina, balance and coordination, while also developing important social skills such as collaboration, discipline and self control.
As part of the classes, children will learn to play traditional Capoeira musical instruments and sing songs in Brazilian Portuguese. This helps develop rhythm, musicality and confidence, while gently introducing early language skills in an engaging and enjoyable way.
