Move Me: A Creative Workshop for Change and Connection.

Looking for a meaningful and inspiring way to spend an evening this November? Join our upcoming MOVE ME sessions. Unique creative workshops where movement, reflection and community come together to spark transformation and connection.

Move Me is not a drama class or a therapy session – and it’s not a method or programme. It’s a one-off space where people come together to explore life through movement, story and shared creativity. Designed for the curious, the creative, the compassionate, and the open-minded, MOVE ME offers a rare chance to slow down, reflect and reimagine.

The session will involve guided activities using drama and movement, helping participants explore their inner worlds, connect with others, and leave feeling more empowered, alive and inspired.

One previous participant described it as:

“A chance to move stagnation and reimagine the shapes of my inner world… It encouraged me to expand areas of tension or blockages, in mind and body.”

WHEN: Friday 14th November & Friday 28th November, 6-9PM WHERE: Whittington Park Community Centre, Yerbury Road, N19 4RS

It costs just £5 to register, with extra donations welcomed. Proceeds will go to a pro-Palestinian related charity.

You’re welcome to come to one or both sessions – no experience needed, just an open mind and a willingness to explore. Participants must be 18 or over.
