We’re excited to launch a brand new Boccia class right here at Whittington Park Community Centre and everyone is welcome!
Whether you're already familiar with the sport or completely new to it, Boccia is a fantastic way to get involved in an inclusive, social, and competitive activity. Best of all, sessions are just £4 per person.

What is Boccia?
Boccia (pronounced bot-cha) is a unique and exciting Paralympic sport created specifically for athletes with high support needs. Unlike many other sports, Boccia has no Olympic equivalent, making it truly special in its own right.
Played indoors with soft leather balls, Boccia is a target sport that challenges players to use strategy, precision, and focus to score points by getting their balls closest to a white “jack” ball. It’s a game full of tactics, skill, and suspense, and it can be enjoyed by people of all ages and ability levels.
Whether you’re competitive by nature or just looking for a fun, friendly way to be active, Boccia is a brilliant way to get moving and meet others.

Everyone is welcome, especially those with disabilities or support needs. No previous experience is necessary – just bring your enthusiasm and give it a try!
