Discover the benefits of singing for wellbeing with a series of free workshops from Electric Voice Theatre at Whittington Park Community Centre.
The Peaceful Crystallographer is a creative singing project led by singer Frances M Lynch. Across two workshops, participants will explore simple singing and breathing techniques and learn songs by women composers.
Inspired by the life and work of crystallographer and peace campaigner Kathleen Lonsdale, the sessions use singing to support health and wellbeing, with a focus on breathing, boosting the heart and brain, and having fun together.
No previous singing experience is needed – singing is for everyone.
