The 55+ Lunch Club at Whittington Park Community Centre offers affordable, home-cooked meals and a friendly community for Islington’s over-55s. Enjoy lunch with others in our café or opt for free local delivery if you prefer to dine at home. All are welcome—connect, eat well, and stay active!

Looking for a gentle way to stay active during menopause? Our free Menopause Keep Fit class in North London offers low-impact movement, strength, and relaxation—no booking required.

Explore poetry, life writing, flash fiction, and nature writing. Participants will create a body of work and have the opportunity to submit pieces for a risograph printed anthology. Every two weeks, we will focus on a new style of writing.
