Happy New Year, Whittington Park friends! 💪✨ We’re so excited to kick off 2025 with a range of inspiring classes and activities designed to nurture your mind, body, and soul. Here’s a sneak peek at what’s happening this January:




🕺 Mindfulness Dance

Move mindfully and free your spirit with 10 FREE weekly sessions starting 10th January. Join us every Friday from 6 PM to 8 PM for a fun and relaxing way to take care of your wellbeing.


🌿 Qi Gong

Relax and rejuvenate with this gentle practice every Thursday at 9:15 AM or Saturday at 10:30 AM.


🧘‍♀️ Hatha Yoga

Stretch, strengthen, and unwind every Tuesday at 7 PM and Saturday at 9 AM.


🎨 Creative Writing Course: Fact or Fiction

Unleash your inner writer with award-winning author Anne Aylor. This engaging course begins on Wednesday, 8th January, at 7 PM.


💃 Zumba Dance

Dance your way to fitness and fun every Saturday at 10 AM – no dance experience needed!
